## Actions

### Create Actor

Create a new Apify Actor. Every Actor needs source code, so you can supply a script, point it at a Git repository, or leave both empty to start from a placeholder script you can edit in Apify Console.

**Inputs**

- Name (`name`, text, required): Identifier for the Actor, using lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens (for example, instagram-scraper). Must be unique in your account.
- Title (`title`, text): [Optional] Human-readable name shown in Apify Store and Console (for example, Instagram Scraper)
- Description (`description`, text): [Optional] Short description of what the Actor does
- Publish to Apify Store (`is_public`, true/false): [Optional] When true, the Actor is listed publicly in Apify Store (default: false, private to you)
- Version number (`version_number`, text): [Optional] Version to create, as MAJOR.MINOR with each part between 0 and 99 (default: 0.0)
- Source code (`source_code`, text): [Optional] JavaScript source saved as the Actor's src/main.js. Cannot be combined with a Git repository URL.
- Git repository URL (`git_repo_url`, text): [Optional] Clone the Actor's source from this Git repository instead of supplying code. Cannot be combined with source code.

**Outputs**

- `categories` (list)
- `created_at` (text)
- `default_run_options` (object)
- `description` (text)
- `id` (text)
- `is_deprecated` (true/false)
- `is_public` (true/false)
- `modified_at` (text)
- `name` (text)
- `stats` (object)
- `title` (text)
- `url` (text)
- `username` (text)
- `versions` (list)
