## Steps

### Wait

Pause the workflow for a set amount of time before continuing. Useful when another app, page, or email needs time to update.

**Inputs**

- Interval (`seconds`, number, required): How long to pause before the workflow continues. Pick the unit of time on the right.
- Unit (`unit`, text): The unit of time the interval is measured in. One of: `seconds`, `minutes`, `hours`, `days`, `weeks`. Default: `seconds`.

**Outputs**: No output. The workflow carries on once the pause ends.

### Wait until

Pause the workflow until a specific date and time, then continue.

**Inputs**

- Date and time (`datetime`, date and time, required): The moment the workflow waits for. Pick it from the field, or reference a variable with @ to wait for a date and time an earlier step produced.

**Outputs**: No output. The workflow carries on once the chosen date and time arrives.
