### Cancel a meeting

Cancel a scheduled Webex meeting.

**Inputs**

- Meeting ID (`meeting_id`, text, required): The Webex meeting ID to cancel, as returned by Schedule a meeting or List meetings.

**Outputs**

- `deleted` (true/false): Whether the meeting was cancelled
- `meeting_id` (text): The meeting that was cancelled

### List meetings

List the Webex meetings scheduled on your account.

**Inputs**

- Maximum meetings (`max_results`, number): How many meetings to return (1-100). From 1 to 100. Default: `10`.
- Starting from (`from_time`, date and time): Optional. Only include meetings starting on or after this ISO 8601 timestamp.
- Up until (`to_time`, date and time): Optional. Only include meetings starting on or before this ISO 8601 timestamp.

- `meetings` (list): Scheduled meetings

### List spaces

List the Webex spaces you belong to.

**Inputs**

- Maximum spaces (`max_results`, number): How many spaces to return (1-100). From 1 to 100. Default: `20`.

**Outputs**

- `rooms` (list): Spaces the account belongs to

### Schedule a meeting

Schedule a Webex meeting and optionally invite people.

**Inputs**

- Title (`title`, text, required): The name of the meeting, shown on the invite.
- Start time (`start`, date and time, required): When the meeting starts, as an ISO 8601 timestamp such as 2026-08-03T15:00:00Z.
- End time (`end`, date and time, required): When the meeting ends, as an ISO 8601 timestamp such as 2026-08-03T15:30:00Z.
- Timezone (`timezone`, text): Optional. Timezone for the start and end times, for example 'America/New_York'.
- Agenda (`agenda`, text): Optional. An agenda or description for the meeting.
- Invitee emails (`invitees`, list): Optional. Email addresses to invite, as a list or a comma-separated string.

**Outputs**

- `end` (text): When the meeting ends
- `host_email` (text): Email of the meeting host
- `meeting_id` (text): Webex meeting ID. Use with Cancel a meeting.
- `meeting_number` (text): The numeric meeting number people dial in with
- `password` (text): Meeting password, when the site requires one
- `sip_address` (text): SIP address for joining from a video system
- `start` (text): When the meeting starts
- `timezone` (text): Timezone the start and end times are expressed in
- `title` (text): The meeting's title
- `web_link` (text): Link attendees use to join the meeting

### Send a message

Post a message to a Webex space, or send it directly to one person by email.

**Inputs**

- Message (`text`, text, required): The message to send.
- Space ID (`room_id`, text): The Webex space to post in, as returned by List spaces. Provide this or a person's email, not both.
- Person's email (`to_person_email`, text): Send a direct message to this email address instead of posting in a space.

**Outputs**

- `created` (text): When the message was sent
- `message_id` (text): ID of the message that was sent
- `room_id` (text): The space the message landed in
- `text` (text): The message text as Webex stored it
