## Actions

### Create Clockify project

Create a new project in a specified Clockify workspace.

**Inputs**

- Workspace ID (`workspace_id`, text, required): The ID of the workspace. You can get this from the List Clockify workspaces action.
- Name (`name`, text, required): The name for the new project.
- Client ID (`client_id`, text): Optional ID of the client to link this project to.
- Is public (`is_public`, true/false): Whether everyone in the workspace can see this project. Set to false to make it private, visible only to admins and assigned members. Defaults to public.

**Outputs**

- `project` (object)

**Example output**

```json
{
  "project": {
    "archived": false,
    "client_id": "5f9e8d7c6b5a4f3e2d1c0b9a",
    "client_name": "Acme Corp",
    "id": "6a2b3c4d5e6f7a8b9c0d1e2f",
    "name": "Sample Project"
  }
}
```

### Create Clockify time entry

Log a time entry in a Clockify workspace with a specific start time, and an optional end time. Use this to record time you already worked.

**Inputs**

- Workspace ID (`workspace_id`, text, required): The ID of the workspace. You can get this from the List Clockify workspaces action.
- Project ID (`project_id`, text, required): The ID of the project to log this time against. You can get this from the List Clockify projects action.
- Description (`description`, text): Optional note describing the work done.
- Start (`start`, text, required): When the time entry starts, for example 2026-01-28T09:00:00Z.
- End (`end`, text): When the time entry ends, for example 2026-01-28T10:30:00Z. If left blank, the entry is created as a running timer.

**Outputs**

- `time_entry` (object)

**Example output**

```json
{
  "time_entry": {
    "billable": true,
    "description": "Drafting the release notes",
    "duration": "PT1H30M",
    "end": "2026-01-28T10:30:00Z",
    "id": "9d5e6f7a8b9c0d1e2f3a4b5c",
    "project_id": "6a2b3c4d5e6f7a8b9c0d1e2f",
    "start": "2026-01-28T09:00:00Z",
    "task_id": null
  }
}
```

### List Clockify projects

Retrieve projects in a specified Clockify workspace. Results are paged; raise the page size or step through pages to see them all.

**Inputs**

- Workspace ID (`workspace_id`, text, required): The ID of the workspace. You can get this from the List Clockify workspaces action.
- Archived (`archived`, true/false): Set to true to show only archived projects, or false to show only active ones. Leave blank for active projects.
- Page (`page`, number): Which page of results to return, starting at 1.
- Page size (`page_size`, number): How many projects to return per page, up to 5000. Defaults to 50, which is Clockify's own default.

**Outputs**

- `count` (number): Number of projects on this page.
- `has_more` (true/false): True when this page came back full, meaning there may be another page. Clockify does not report a total, so this is the only signal that results were cut off.
- `projects` (list): List of project objects.

**Example output**

```json
{
  "count": 1,
  "has_more": false,
  "projects": [
    {
      "archived": false,
      "client_id": "5f9e8d7c6b5a4f3e2d1c0b9a",
      "client_name": "Acme Corp",
      "id": "6a2b3c4d5e6f7a8b9c0d1e2f",
      "name": "Sample Project"
    }
  ]
}
```

List all Clockify workspaces your connected account can access.

**Inputs**: None.

**Outputs**

- `count` (number): Number of workspaces returned.
