Save a web page to your Instapaper account to read later.

**Inputs**

- URL (`url`, text, required): The full URL of the page to save, including https://.
- Title (`title`, text): Title for the saved page. If omitted, Instapaper detects the title from the page automatically.
- Selection (`selection`, text): A short description or quoted excerpt shown beneath the item in Instapaper.

**Outputs**

- `title` (text): The saved title, after any automatic detection. Empty if Instapaper did not report one.
- `url` (text): The saved URL, after Instapaper normalizes it and follows any redirects.
