Send a prompt to a Kimi model from Moonshot AI and return the generated text.

**Inputs**

- Prompt (`prompt`, text, required): The message or question to send to the model.
- Model (`model`, text): The Kimi model to use. Leave as the default or enter another model ID from your Moonshot dashboard. Default: `kimi-k3`.

**Outputs**

- `model` (text): The Kimi model that produced the response.
- `response_text` (text): The text that the Kimi model generated for your prompt.
