### Create note

Create a note in Mem. The note's content is Markdown and its first line becomes the title. You can optionally file it into one or more collections.

**Inputs**

- Content (`content`, text, required): The note's content, in Markdown. The first line becomes the note's title.
- Collections (`collection_ids`, list): Collections to add the note to. Leave empty to leave the note uncategorised.
- Created date (`created_at`, date and time): Set the note's creation date and time. Leave blank to use now. Cannot be in the future.

**Outputs**

- `collection_ids` (list): IDs of the collections the note belongs to.
- `created_at` (text): When the note was created.
- `note_id` (text): ID of the new note.
- `title` (text): The note's title (its first line).
- `updated_at` (text): When the note was last updated.
- `version` (number): The note's document version.
