### Send a prompt to an OpenAI model

Sends a prompt to the OpenAI model you select and returns the response text.

**Inputs**

- Prompt (`prompt`, text, required): The question or instructions to send to the model.
- Model (`model`, text): Which OpenAI model to use. Defaults to gpt-6.1-sol. One of: `gpt-6-astra` (GPT-6 Astra (most capable)), `gpt-6.1-sol` (GPT-6.1 Sol (near-Astra quality, lower cost)), `gpt-6-luna` (GPT-6 Luna (fastest, lowest cost)), `gpt-5.5`, `gpt-5.4`, `gpt-5.4-mini` (GPT-5.4 mini), `gpt-5.4-nano` (GPT-5.4 nano). Default: `gpt-6.1-sol`.

**Outputs**

- `response_text` (text): OpenAI response text.
- `status` (text): Action execution status.
