### Get the IPO calendar

Get Segmara's IPO calendar: well-known companies on the road to going public worldwide, from reported preparations to confidential and public filings to priced deals, each with a one-line update. Filter by stage or company. No API key required.

**Inputs**

- Company (`search`, text): Only companies whose name contains this text. Not case sensitive. Leave it empty for all of them.
- Stages (`stages`, list): Which stages to include. Leave empty for all of them. One or more of: `priced_or_listed` (Priced or listed), `public_filing` (Filed publicly), `confidential_filing` (Filed confidentially), `reported_preparation` (Reported to be preparing), `no_filing` (No filing yet), `acquired_or_merging` (Acquired or merging).
- Order by (`sort`, text): How to order the list. Latest update first by default. One of: `latest` (Latest update first), `company` (Company name (A to Z)). Default: `latest`.
- Maximum results (`limit`, number): The most companies to return, from 1 to 200. 50 by default. From 1 to 200. Default: `50`.

### List IPO lock-up expirations

List the estimated dates when insiders of recently listed companies may start selling their shares, soonest first. Dates are estimates, 180 days after pricing, with a link to the prospectus to confirm the actual terms. No API key required.

**Inputs**

- Company or ticker (`search`, text): Only companies whose name contains this text, or whose ticker is exactly this. Not case sensitive, and endings like 'Inc.' are ignored. Leave it empty for all of them.
- Upcoming only (`upcoming_only`, true/false): Only lock-ups ending today or later. On by default; turn it off to include ones that have just passed. Default: `true`.
- Ending on or after (`ends_from`, date): Only lock-ups estimated to end on or after this date.
- Ending on or before (`ends_to`, date): Only lock-ups estimated to end on or before this date.
- Maximum results (`limit`, number): The most lock-ups to return, from 1 to 200. 50 by default. From 1 to 200. Default: `50`.

### List new IPO filings

List the companies that filed to go public in the US this month (their S-1 registration statements), newest first, with the proposed deal size and a link to the filing. No API key required.

**Inputs**

- Company or ticker (`search`, text): Only companies whose name contains this text, or whose ticker is exactly this. Not case sensitive, and endings like 'Inc.' are ignored. Leave it empty for all of them.
- Company type (`listing_type`, text): Operating companies, blank-check companies (SPACs, which list to buy another business later), or both. Any by default. One of: `any`, `operating_company` (Operating companies only), `spac` (Blank-check companies (SPACs) only). Default: `any`.

### List recent IPOs

List the companies that went public in the US in roughly the last six months, with the IPO price, the latest share price (delayed) and how far it has moved since. Filter by company, exchange, type or listing date, and sort by date, deal size or performance. No API key required.

**Inputs**

- Company or ticker (`search`, text): Only companies whose name contains this text, or whose ticker is exactly this. Not case sensitive, and endings like 'Inc.' are ignored. Leave it empty for all of them.
- Company type (`listing_type`, text): Operating companies, blank-check companies (SPACs, which list to buy another business later), or both. Any by default. One of: `any`, `operating_company` (Operating companies only), `spac` (Blank-check companies (SPACs) only). Default: `any`.

Get this week's US IPO activity in one list: deals expected to price this week with their price range and size, deals that priced in the last 7 days with their final price, and new IPO filings. Filter by stage or company type. No API key required.

### Look up a company's IPO

Find everything Segmara has on one company in a single step: its stage on the IPO calendar, this week's deal, its IPO price and performance since, its lock-up expiry and its S-1 filing. Search by name or ticker. No API key required.

**Inputs**

- Company or ticker (`company`, text, required): The company's name (or part of it) or its exact ticker. Endings like 'Inc.' are ignored.

**Outputs**
