### Get form

Look up a form's name by ID.

**Inputs**

- Form ID (`form_id`, text, required): ID of the form to look up.

**Outputs**

- `id` (text): Form ID
- `name` (text): Form name

### List forms

List the forms in your Tally account.

**Inputs**: None.

- `forms` (list): List of forms in the account

### List submissions

List the submissions received for a form.

**Inputs**

- Form ID (`form_id`, text, required): ID of the form to list submissions for.
- Maximum submissions (`max_results`, number): Maximum number of submissions to return (default 25).

**Outputs**

- `submissions` (list): List of submissions
