### Get form

Look up a form's title and field count.

**Inputs**

- Form ID (`form_id`, text, required): ID of the form to look up.

**Outputs**

- `field_count` (number): Number of fields (questions) on the form
- `id` (text): Form ID
- `title` (text): Form title

### List form fields

List the fields (questions) defined on a form.

**Inputs**

- Form ID (`form_id`, text, required): ID of the form to list fields for.

**Outputs**

- `fields` (list): List of fields on the form

### List forms

List the forms in your Typeform account.

**Inputs**: None.

### List responses

List the responses submitted to a form.

**Inputs**

- Form ID (`form_id`, text, required): ID of the form to list responses for.
- Maximum responses (`max_results`, number): Maximum number of responses to return (default 25).

**Outputs**

- `responses` (list): List of responses
