Send a plain text or HTML email through Yahoo Mail.

**Inputs**

- To (`to`, text, required): Who to send the email to. To reach more than one person, separate the addresses with commas.
- Subject (`subject`, text, required): The subject line of the email.
- Body text (`body_text`, text, required): The plain text content of the email.
- CC (`cc`, text): People to copy on the email. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
- BCC (`bcc`, text): People to copy privately. Other recipients will not see these addresses. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
