Start workflows when a feed publishes something new.
New feed item
Start this workflow whenever a new item appears in an RSS, Atom or JSON feed: a blog post, a news story, a podcast episode, a video or a release. Each new item starts its own run, with the item's title, link, author, date, summary and content.
Inputs
- Feed address
feed_urltextRequired - The address of the RSS, Atom or JSON feed to watch, e.g. https://example.com/feed.xml. Use the feed's own address, not the website's home page.
- Only items mentioning
containstext - Only start a run for items whose title, summary, content or author mention this word or phrase. Capitals are ignored.
Outputs
The new item. Dates are in UTC (e.g. 2026-10-13T09:30:00Z); 'content' is the item's body as plain text and 'content_html' the same body as HTML. An item whose feed gives no date, author or image has that field empty.
