BTCGlobe

App · 4 actions

Live Bitcoin network data from BTCGlobe, a free project that runs two home Bitcoin nodes: the latest block, fee rates, the mempool, price, hashrate, halving countdown, the nodes' peers, fee history over time and a journal of records.

Actions

ActionWhat it does
Get Bitcoin network snapshotGet the state of the Bitcoin network right now, as BTCGlobe's own nodes see it: the latest block, the price, the fee rate to get into the next block (or within an hour or a day), how many transactions are waiting, hashrate and difficulty, the countdown to the next difficulty adjustment and halving, the peers the nodes are talking to, and the last few blocks.
Get fee and mempool historyGet how Bitcoin fees, the mempool, the price and the hashrate moved over a period, from the past 6 hours to the past year, with a summary of the lowest, highest and average next-block fee and the price change.
Get network records and discoveriesGet the records BTCGlobe's nodes noticed today and this week: blocks mined, the fastest and slowest block, the number of whale (very large) transactions and the biggest one, plus all-time totals and the internet providers and countries seen among peers for the first time.
Get node and miner statusCheck BTCGlobe's two home Bitcoin nodes (Canada and Romania) and its small home miner: whether each node is online and at the latest block, how many peers it has, the miner's hashrate and temperature, and the candidate block the miner is working on.

Get node and miner status

Check BTCGlobe's two home Bitcoin nodes (Canada and Romania) and its small home miner: whether each node is online and at the latest block, how many peers it has, the miner's hashrate and temperature, and the candidate block the miner is working on. Useful to confirm the data source is healthy before acting on its numbers.

Inputs

None.

Outputs

block_templateobject
The candidate block the miner is working on, built by BTCGlobe's own node, or empty if none is reported.
minerobject
BTCGlobe's home miner, or empty if no node reports one.
nodeslist
Each of BTCGlobe's Bitcoin nodes.
nodes_in_synctrue/false
Whether every online node is at the same block.
nodes_onlinenumber
How many of the nodes are online.
nodes_totalnumber
How many nodes BTCGlobe runs.
