Get a pool's price history

Pull a pool's price history as candles: open, high, low, close and volume for every interval, in minutes, hours or days. Candles come back oldest first, ready to chart or to feed to a model, and the move across the whole window is worked out for you. Walk further back by passing the first candle's timestamp to 'Ending before' on the next run.

Priced incurrencytext
Whether each candle is priced in US dollars or in the other token of the pair. Dollars is what a chart usually wants; the pair's own token is what shows a move against it rather than against the market.One of: usd (US dollars), token (The other token in the pair). Default: usd.
Which sidetokentext
Which of the pair's two tokens this is about. A pool has a base and a quote side and which is which is decided on-chain, so a pair can come out the wrong way round for the question being asked; choosing the other side inverts it. A contract address also works, and names the side outright.Default: base.
Ending beforebeforenumber
Return the candles up to this moment instead of up to now, as a unix timestamp in seconds. Use it to walk back through history a window at a time: pass the first candle's 'timestamp' from the previous run.At least 0.
Keep empty candlesinclude_empty_intervalstrue/false

Describe both sides of a pool in one request: each token's description, websites and socials, its holder spread, its GT score and its honeypot, mint and freeze flags. Use it to look at a pair found by search or trending without first pulling the two addresses out of it.

Get a token's information

Everything GeckoTerminal knows about a token that is not a price: what the project says it is, its websites and socials, how concentrated its holders are, and the checks that matter on a chain anyone can deploy to. It reports whether the contract is flagged as a honeypot, whether a mint or freeze authority is still live, how much the developer holds, and GeckoTerminal's own score out of 100 for how established the token is. The data is sourced on-chain and is not vetted by CoinGecko.

Find where a token actually trades: every pool it is in, with the exchange, the pair, the price, the liquidity behind it and the volume through it. Sorted by volume against liquidity by default, which finds the pool the token is really traded in rather than the one the most money is parked in.

Get pool details

Look up one liquidity pool in full, or up to thirty at once: the pair and the exchange, both tokens' prices, the price of the pair itself, how much is in the pool, the fee it charges, and its volume, trades and price move over six windows from five minutes to a day. Buying and selling volume come back separated rather than only as a total, so net accumulation is a field rather than a calculation.

Read the trades that have actually gone through a pool in the last 24 hours, newest first, each with its wallet, its transaction hash, what went in, what came out and what it was worth. Set a minimum size to watch for large trades without reading every small one.
