Check how safe a crypto token is before you trade or list it. HostDeFi gives tokens on Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Smart Chain and other EVM chains an A+ to F safety grade with the red flags behind it, such as mint authority left on, honeypot contracts, high taxes or a few wallets holding most of the supply.
Check token safety
Get HostDeFi's A+ to F safety grade for a crypto token on Solana or a major EVM chain, with a score out of 100, a risk level, a one-line verdict, and the red flags and good signs behind it. Name the token by its address, or by its name or ticker (such as BONK), in which case HostDeFi picks the match with the most liquidity. Pick a chain to check an exact address there. Very new or little-known tokens can come back ungraded, with the reason, rather than with a guess.

chaintext - The chain the token address is on. Leave empty to let HostDeFi work it out, which you must do when looking a token up by name or ticker.

checked_attext- When the check ran (ISO 8601, UTC).
data_sourceslist- Where the data came from.
free_checks_left_todaynumber- How many free checks are left today.
good_signslist- Checks the token passed, such as 'Mint revoked'.
gradetext- The safety grade, A+ (safest) to F. Empty when not graded.
gradedtrue/false- False when HostDeFi declined to grade the token, usually because it is too new or too little is known; not_graded_reason says why.
incompletetrue/false- True when one of HostDeFi's data sources could not be reached; the grade stands on what was available.
marketobject- Market figures at the time of the check, in US dollars.
not_graded_reasontext- Why the token was not graded, when graded is false.
not_verifiedlist- What could not be checked from public data (for example the developer's wallet), so silence is not mistaken for safety.
red_flagslist- Checks the token failed, such as 'Top-10 hold 41%'.
risk_leveltext- HostDeFi's risk band for the grade, such as low or high.
scorenumber- The safety score out of 100 behind the grade.
signalsobject- Every on-chain signal HostDeFi read, as it sends them. On Solana: authorities (mint and freeze), token2022Extensions, holders (top10Pct) and launch (bundled, preGraduation). On EVM chains: evmSecurity (honeypot, buyTaxPct, sellTaxPct, mintable, blacklist, proxy and more).
