Count events
Count how many events match a search, and return the first one. It costs a single request whether the answer is three events or thirty thousand, so it is the cheap check to branch a workflow on: send the digest only when there is something on, or alert someone when an artist adds dates.

Find events within a distance of a point on the map, nearest first, with how far away each one is. Give a latitude and a longitude in plain degrees; the geohash the API wants is worked out for you. Narrow it by keyword, category or dates. This is the action behind 'what is on near me this weekend'.

Find a venue by name, by country, or around a point on the map. Give a latitude and a longitude and it becomes a nearest-first search with each venue's distance. Every venue comes back with its address and coordinates, its timezone, its box office details and its house rules.
Inputs

keywordtext - Optional. Words to search on: an artist, a team, a show or part of an event's name. Leave it empty to browse by the filters below alone.
- Country
country_codetext - Optional. Only include events in this country.One of:
